ControlPoint is a Warehouse Control System (WCS). It connects your warehouse management system (WMS) to the equipment on your floor: conveyors, sorters, scanners, and more, so you get one real-time view of everything moving through your facility.
Your WMS handles inventory and orders. ControlPoint handles the equipment, directing conveyors, scanners, label applicators, sorters, and any PLC-controlled equipment in real-time.
One platform, four core capabilities. View, alert, report, and automate.
ControlPoint gives you one complete view of your warehouse floor. Operators, maintenance, supervisors, and execs each get a dashboard built for their job, so everyone is looking at the same floor.
Equipment issues don't wait for a shift change, and neither does ControlPoint. It monitors your floor continuously, flags critical problems the moment they happen, and prioritizes alerts by severity so your team fixes what matters most first.
ControlPoint pairs detailed activity logs with live KPI dashboards, so you can get both the history and the real-time picture of how your facility in performing.
ControlPoint runs the real-time decisions a WMS isn't built to make, routing, merging, labeling, and put-to-pallet logic, automatically and continuously, for thousands of orders a day. It connects to your WMS and can operate advanced routing logic even without one.
ControlPoint tracks every item moving through your facility in real-time, so you always know where it is and where it's been.
ControlPoint keeps constant watch over your equipment and PLC connections, so issues get caught before they turn into unplanned downtime,

ControlPoint is a Warehouse Control System (WCS). It connects your warehouse management system to the equipment on your floor like conveyors, sorters, scanners, and more. ControlPoint provides you with one real-time view of everything moving through your facility. It's built and supported by Systems Automated, the same engineers who design and install your conveyor system.
ControlPoint connects on both sides of your operation:
WMS integrations: Extensiv, Ramp, Camelot, SAP, Manhattan, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Blue Yonder, Cadence, ShipHero, Oracle via SQL, REST API, or socket/HTTP messaging, whichever fits your system.
Equipment/PLC integrations: Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs (Systems Automated is a Rockwell Silver Integrator), Ethernet/IP, and OPC-UA with automatic connection monitoring and real-time I/O status down to the device level.
A WMS tells your warehouse what to do: receiving, put-aways, order fulfillment, inventory. ControlPoint makes sure it actually happens on the floor. It sits between your WMS and your equipment, translating business orders ("ship order #123") into real-time equipment commands ("motor on," "divert," "route") and reporting status back up. ControlPoint doesn't replace your WMS; it's the execution layer that carries out the plan, in real time, across every conveyor, scanner, and sorter. It can even run advanced routing logic on its own if there's no WMS in place.
Typical use cases include:
Most enterprise WCS platforms (Körber, Dematic, Honeywell Intelligrated, Cimcorp, EPG, and similar) are built by the software division of a large automation OEM with implementation services layered on top, and often optimized for large, complex, multi-vendor equipment fleets.
ControlPoint takes a different approach:
Implementation runs in three steps:
We offer six support plan tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold provide Remote Emergency Support at increasing levels of coverage and speed. Platinum, Titanium, and Diamond include everything in Gold plus ongoing scheduled maintenance (semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly, respectively).
